Switch lever on the back of the battery compartment to “Speaker” for normal speaking voice and speak into microphone just above volume control. Switch lever to siren for siren sound. The red light will be lit in these modes. Switch lever to close to turn off. To adjust volume, slide lever from left to right to make louder.
